Our Story

Born on the Water, Baked with Purpose

Marathon Bagel Company started with a simple conviction: the Florida Keys deserved a bagel shop that refused to cut corners. No factory dough. No day-old loaves. Just real ingredients, real technique, and a whole lot of patience.

Every morning before sunrise, our dough is mixed, shaped, and boiled — then baked until the crust sings. We source local dairy, mill our own specialty flours, and roast our own everything seasoning. The result tastes like somewhere you'd actually want to linger.
